A large version of a previous sketch from the Isle of Wight, the famous Compton Bay known for its beauty and classified as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. I think I agree with that. The water seemed translucent under the stormy sky as the surf was moving closer and closer to the shore. The eroding cliffs around make a nice contrast with the green- blue of the sea, making this scene almost surreal.
