Watercolour painting of colourful fishing boats called 'Luzzu' in Marsaxlokk Harbour in Malta. A very popular place among tourists as well as the locals. It's also the largest fishing village in Malta. I visited both Malta and the smaller island of Gozo some 10 years ago. I did many sketches there. This painting was done from a photo that I took on that tour. Since this scene was so busy with numerous boats, people, even washing line hanging outside buildings, that I kept it as simple as possible yet it's easily recognisable.
