Watercolour painting of an area of outstanding natural beauty called Salfold, in Western Hungary on the north side of Lake Balaton. I painted this scene before, this time in slightly more subtle colours with the bright purple and magenta meadow flowers dominating the foreground. Viewed from another natural formation called Hegyestu, looking towards the west with the famous Badacsony's flat mountain top barely visible from the distance. It really is a truly wonderful place in Hungary.
