An aerial view of the River Danube from Visegrád Castle on the North of Hungary. For me this is the most scenic place in Hungary where the Danube takes a 90 degree turn down towards the South. This is the view looking to the opposite side but equally impressive. What I particularly liked is how the clouds above reflected in the greenish yellow water in rainbow colours. This is a scene in June when the area is very lush green with only the mirroring water of the river breaking up the landscape. I used salt to create the textures in the foreground as I often do to represent foliage.
