Another watercolour from my Echinacea series. Some of my favourite flowers, the echinacea or purple coneflower not only eye-catching but also have medicinal values. I mainly focused on the shapes of the flowers head with their large central cone that's very distinctive. I kept the whole painting quite loose with a soft warm background.
