Watercolour painting of the calm Lake Balaton in Hungary from the south west shore. On days when there are a few clouds around or when storm is approaching, the lake is illuminated creating a dramatic scene. And that was the aim to capture the light in this scene. This lake is the largest body of water in Central Europe that attracts the masses during the summer months. However, late summer is a peaceful time when the beaches become vacant again.
