Seascapes, Coastal landscapes

I specialise in watercolour landscapes and water reflections have become my favourite subject. I'm spoilt for choice in Britain where I have lived and worked for decades and where I often paint on location. I'm mostly inspired by the British coast, the scenic little harbours, the quaint fishing villages and busy seaside towns as well as other beauty spots such as the unique Lake District with its many lakes and tarns hidden between the mountains. I also produced a number of paintings in my nat1 I specialise in watercolour landscapes and water reflections have become my favourite subject. I also produced a number of paintings in my native Hungary where numerous rivers and lakes offer many opportunities to paint on the waterside. I tend to use strong, bright colours to create a romantic and even surreal setting, taking the viewer away from reality and into a calm, dreamy place.
