I like how peonies change colours and fade with time, starting with very dark pink petals fading into the palest pinks. I left these by the window in my living room and took pictures of them every day as this change occur. This is the first few washes although could be considered finished. I'm still wondering if I should leave it as is or add some of the surrounding shadows which would define the shape of the flowers and petals on the table as well as make the perspective more visible.
