Watercolour sketch of Salzburg's skyline with Salzburg Cathedral in the centre with its familiar turquoise green roof tiles on its dome and towers. As the painting isn't that big, I had to keep the details to a minimum especially the background which is reduced to marks only. It's enough to make the scene recognisable. I think this is one of the best views of the city which I visit quite regularly every year or so.
