It's humbling to attempt to paint this spectacular building of the Hungarian Parliament by the Danube. It's so complex and detailed that made me shy away from this subject for many years but now I had a go and here it is. I used viridian green and vermillion red mixes to symbolise the national flag colours. I could only paint as much details of this magnificent architecture at this scale. I still think it's instantly recognisable with the famous Chain Bridge in the distance and the Buda Castle on the other side.
