Watercolour painting of a desolate beach near Burton Bradstock looking towards West Bay on the Dorset coast, also called the Jurassic Coast where significant number of fossils can be found. These crumbling cliffs have been the inspiration since my first visit to this area. Today these cliffs may look slightly different as they erode rapidly. An area of outstanding natural beauty and a favourite by many fishermen. I painted this scene as it appeared that day.
